Discharge is Thursday. Is the house ready?

A home that worked fine three weeks ago often doesn't work for someone coming back with a walker, a wheelchair, or new limits on stairs. We change how the rooms are laid out so the house fits how you move now — usually in a single day, before or right after discharge.

What we change

Walking paths cleared. Trip hazards, cords, loose rugs, and clutter out of the routes between the bed, the bathroom, and the kitchen.

Furniture pulled back. Room to turn a walker or wheelchair, and space for a caregiver to walk alongside.

A bed brought downstairs. Set up in a living or dining room when stairs are off the table, with a nightstand and a lamp within reach.

Bathroom and bedroom within reach. Everyday items moved to waist height — nothing stored where it takes a step stool or a deep bend.

Doorways cleared. Furniture and storage moved out of the swing so doors open all the way.

A landing spot at the entry. A clear path from the car to the door, and somewhere to set things down.

Timing

Most setups are done in a day. We can come before the car pulls in, or the same day someone gets home. Call (702) 439-2352 and tell us the discharge date — we schedule same-week in Henderson, Las Vegas, and Boulder City.

We work directly with out-of-town family, give a firm price before we start, and confirm when the house is ready. Licensed, insured, and background-checked.

What we don't do

We are not a home health agency. We don't provide nursing, personal care, or medical equipment. We do the physical work of getting the house ready, and we work alongside the people who do the rest.
